The opening

About 150 guests from seven different european countries celebrated on this evening a part of scottish culture and lifestyle. The ceremonie started with the marching in leaded by our famous bagpipers. Jim McEwan, master distiller of Bruichladdich, distiller of the year for four times and at the moment the most famous and most charismatic of all the people in the business and Giuseppe Begnoni from Bologna in Italy, largest whisky dealer in the world and regarded in the guinness book of records with the largest whisky collection with more than 5.500 different bottles of whisky , started with the opening speeches. Jim spoke from Thomas dreams becoming true in building up an own austrian whisky museum and that nobody in scotland believed him in going to austria to open up this museum. Giuseppe told the guest about his project in building up the new whisky paradies in Bologna and that it will be opened up at the end of september. Both were very proud to be here on this day and later the evening Jim said that this day we wrote a part of austrian history. After the speeches a dram of 10yo Talisker showed the right way into the future.
